Personal Pilates, RI

Provides several advantages relative to other pilates studios. We are unique in that we teach USPA regulated pilates, our classes and private lessons are more affordable than many other studios since our studio space overhead is low and our pilates equipment enables us to have group equipment classes (in addition to mat classes) or private group sessions.

Teaching is done by Cheryl Carbone, who has training and testing in the Teacher Certification Program of the United States Pilates Association (USPA.)

Students can come to group classes or work personally with Cheryl for personal classes tailored to their own needs

With Consideration

Each student is considered individually with understanding of special situations, such as a previous injury, or classes could concentrate on improving flexibility or strength after surgery if needed

MAT

Class Time

The studio has group and private apparatus lessons, mat and ballet barre classes and Zumba classes. Class times are available mornings, lunch hours, afternoons and evenings.

Convenient Location

Conveniently located right off of I-95 at exit 12A/13 and a block away from Route 2.  The studio has a large class area with the key Pilates equipment such as reformers, cadillacs, chairs, barrels and spine correctors with a mirrored bar area for Zumba classes and ballet barre classes. Bathrooms and dressing areas allow for quick changes to work out clothes.
